As the season’s festivities get into full swing, I’d like to say a big thank you for all your hard work and dedication in classes this year. Whether you dropped into class once or you’re a regular student, it’s been great to meet you, work with you and share the ashtanga practice.
This course will cover the fundamentals of the system, including the breathing and the start of the asana series, as taught in Mysore. You’ll be encouraged to practise between classes so that you can enjoy the full benefit of the course and build up a lifelong ashtanga yoga practice.
I hope you’ve all had a lovely summer. There’s still a couple of weeks before autumn officially starts but it feels like there’s already a shift – many of you are returning from holidays and the new school term has begun. Perfect timing then for the new schedule!
