This Summer, I’m excited to be running beginners courses in both Hither Green and triyoga Chelsea. So if you’re completely new to yoga or just want a refresher, take a look. These are a safe, accessible and fun way to explore a traditional yoga practice – and you don’t need to be flexible to start. Everybody is welcome!

Please see below for full details – along with a couple of important class announcements in Hither Green:


  • An introduction to ashtanga yoga: four Thursdays beginning 29th June, 7.30-8.30pm. Please book your place online here.
  • Summer schedule: there will be no Monday evening class in July and August. The Sunday morning (9-10.30am) and Thursday evening (6.30-8pm) drop-in classes will continue to run as normal.
  • PLEASE NOTE: there is no Sunday morning class on 25th June.


  • Beginners ashtanga course: four Saturdays from 1st July, 10-11am. Please book via triyoga.
  • Beginners ashtanga course: four Mondays from 31st July, 7.45-8.45pm. Please book via triyoga.
